With more than 10 years of experience in the challenging international arena of import/export of consumer goods, Mr. Khan is a formidable leader for ASK Telecom, giving it direction and helping to achieve milestones. The benefit of Mr. Khan’s experience, gained over work in two countries, is further corroborated by his intelligence, sharpened while yet at University. A double degree holder in Electrical Systems Engineering (Honor Roll) and Economics, his education in one of Australia’s finest Universitieshas prepared him well for the journey he has made until now.
His vision is far-reaching and progressive; he intends to use all his experience, skills and intelligence to foster a working environment that helps people to grow and continue growing, to build successful lives and careers, nurturing people to realize their full potential and reach the peak of their life’s achievements.
Having started his life working for an engineering company in Australia, Mr. Khan was later to join Gears Group as a Director, where he has single-handedly turned over new leaves and seen progression towards more than 200% increase in sales, employee retention, etc. while yet maintaining first grade quality of products manufactured and upholding the company image as a quality services provider to the global community.
Under his management, Gears Group has passed several high profile compliance tests by various international bodies, helping Gears Group to surpass their own quality levels and standards, which has led to a drastic overhaul and steep increase in the company turnover annually.

Managing Director – Sayma Shawkat
Having an early intention to build a career for herself, Mrs. Shawkat embarked upon her first job in the year 2005. She undertook the responsibility of Financial Management of Capital Group, a large Ready Made Garments (RMG) manufacturer, as her education background is solidly in line with financial management, having an advanced degree in Finance from North South University.
In the year 2012, she joined Gears Group as a Director of the formidable Finance Division, having to manage a multi-million dollar manufacturing firm, all the while also dispensing responsibilities as a key member of international key accounts management team. It has been her experience and skill sets that have successfully managed a steadily growing financial status of the conglomerate, bringing about a leading position in the industry today, for Gears Group.
Her work at ASK Telecom will contain a similar aspect, but a larger set of responsibilities too. As Managing Director, she will work along with the Chairman, helping to build another successful company, industry leader and potential pioneer of new industry norms.
